Poskom PXM-40BT plus

The Poskom PXM-40BT plus is at the top of the autonomous systems range, offering an impressive maximum power of 2.4 kW, equivalent to the performance of traditional mains-powered models, but with no wires at all. The system manages a voltage range from 40 to 100 kV (in precise 1 kV increments) and an adjustable current ranging from 16 to 35 mA, supporting extensive exposure modulation from 0.4 to 100 mAs across 35 selections. This high energy significantly reduces exposure times and makes it possible to examine deep anatomical regions with excellent resolution.

The unit is equipped with a professional X-ray tube with a 1.2 mm focal spot and an anode heat capacity of 20 kHU, ideal for preventing geometric blur and enhancing microstructural details. Operation is ensured by a powerful integrated high-density lithium-ion battery, providing extended operating autonomy capable of covering a full day’s work in the field. Fast, intelligent charging restores the accumulator to maximum efficiency in approximately 3.5 hours and is assisted by a mains voltage self-compensation system.

The ultra-rugged, sealed housing has been reinforced to withstand structural impacts, dust, and moisture typically encountered during transport and outdoor use. The manual collimator features a timed LED guidance light paired with an integrated dual laser pointer system, designed to immediately and visually indicate the exact focal point and the correct source-to-image distance (SID). The upper microprocessor console includes a bright digital LED display, battery status indicators, and supports 21 anatomical memory programs (APR) for instantly presetting optimal exposure factors. The overall weight is balanced at approximately 14 kg, facilitating quick mounting on folding pantograph mobile stands.
